Original product description

Introduction of the Apple coring, peeling, and slicing machine The Apple Peeler, Corer, and Slicer is an automated machine designed specifically for fruit and vegetable processing, capable of peeling, coring, and slicing apples, pears, oranges, persimmons, and other fruits in one go.

Its flexible design offers two, four, or six station options, adapting to production scale and meeting the needs of both small workshops and large processing plants. The machine measures 3200 x 1400 x 1600 mm, has a total power of 2.2 kW, and operates on 220V, achieving an output of up to 3,000 apples per hour.

Constructed of premium SUS304 stainless steel, the motor and reducer are carbon steel, the belt is made of white PVC, and the base and standard components are also constructed of 304 stainless steel, ensuring both durability and hygienic standards while ensuring stable operation.

Automated Apple Processing Workflow The operator places the apple on the machine's fruit tray, triggering an automatic fixing mechanism. Top and bottom pins secure the apple axially, preventing movement without damaging the flesh-ideal for round fruits like apples and pears.

Next, the machine performs peeling, coring, and slicing in sequence: Peeling: A rotating circular blade removes the peel with adjustable speed/pressure for minimal flesh loss. Coring: A cylindrical tool pierces the core, customizable for different fruit sizes.

Slicing/Sectioning: Parallel blades create even slices, or radial blades divide the fruit into segments (e.g., 6 or 8). The process ensures fast, precise, and damage-free preparation.

Advantages of the apple peeler and corer Efficient and Versatile: Integrating four core functions - peeling, core removal, slicing, and slicing - eliminates the need for manual switching and achieves a maximum output of 3,000 pieces per hour, significantly improving processing efficiency and reducing labour costs.

Flexible Adaptability: Available with 2, 4, or 6 workstations, it can be flexibly adjusted to meet production needs. It also supports functional customisation to specifically meet the processing characteristics of different fruit types or special process requirements.

High-Quality Materials: The main body and key components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, meeting food processing hygiene standards. The white PVC belt i
