Original product description
The APW automatic air separator is upgraded with a touchscreen interactive panel control box, enabling remote computer monitoring. It is an ideal choice for large-scale systems, with a cooling capacity of up to 1500 refrigeration tons (5275kW).
The gas discharge capacity of the APW automatic air separator is at least 2 to 3 times that of other similar products, and even 10 times that of small air separators from other brands.
Standard products of the APW automatic air separator are divided into AP08W, AP16W, and AP24W according to the number of venting points;APCW is an extended version, and the number of venting points can be customized through an extended control cabinet.
The product operates automatically through electrical control, and each venting point can be independently adjusted according to system requirements. The APW includes an automatic water bath bottle and can be optionally equipped with a NEMA 4 protective grade shield.
The European standard option adopts a fully welded structure and complies with European electrical standards. The APW has obtained CSA certification and is suitable for ammonia and freon refrigerant systems.
The APM/APMF automatic air separator is a compact version of the APW model, suitable for medium-sized systems with a maximum cooling capacity of 200 refrigeration tons (700kW).
Like the APW, it operates automatically via electrical control, and the electrical control system can automatically detect and vent non-condensable gases within the system.
The standard model is equipped with up to four venting points, and also supports the optional expansion control cabinet to increase the number of venting points. The equipment includes an automatic water bath bottle, and the electrical control cabinet with NEMA 12/13 protection grade is standard.
It is applicable to ammonia (APM model) and freon (APMF model) refrigerant systems, complying with both CE and CSA standards.
