Product Introduction: A disc harrow is a type of machinery used for agricultural cultivation, mainly for soil loosening, soil fragmentation, and leveling operations. 1.Working principle: The disc harrow is pulled or suspended by a tractor, and its concave disc is used to loosen the soil.
When working, the plane of the disc blade is perpendicular to the ground and forms an angle with the direction of advance.
Under the traction force of the tractor and the reaction force of the soil, each blade of the rake group rolls along with the square axis, cutting off grass roots or crop residues, shredding the plowed straw strips, and causing the soil straw to slightly rise along the concave surface of the blade and then fall down, providing a certain degree of soil turning and covering effect.
2.Structural composition: The circular disc rake consists of a rake frame, rake assembly, traction or suspension device, and angle adjustment mechanism. The rake assembly is the main working component of a circular disc rake, consisting of several rake blades fixed on a square shaft.
The material of the rake blade is generally wear-resistant carbon steel.
