Core Working Principle Raw materials enter the machine body through the feed inlet and are propelled toward the pulping screen area by a high-speed rotating screw conveyor.

Through the high-speed shearing, kneading, and grinding action of rotating scrapers or blades, the fruit pulp is broken down into a fine, smooth slurry.

Utilizing the principle of centrifugal screening, fruit residue, peels, pits, and coarse fibers are retained on the inner surface of the screen and are automatically discharged through the residue outlet.

The fine fruit pulp passes through the screen and flows out via the pulp outlet, thereby achieving automatic separation of pulp and residue without the need for manual secondary filtration.
